Dennis Fleming is a trusted leader in the Los Cabos luxury real estate market, with over 15 years of experience helping clients navigate the complexities of buying and selling homes in Baja California Sur, Mexico. Originally from Portland, Oregon, Dennis moved to Cabo in 2008, drawn by the region’s stunning landscapes and unique lifestyle. Immersing himself in the local culture, he quickly built a successful career representing high-end luxury communities such as El Encanto de La Laguna before founding Oceanside Real Estate Group in 2016.
 
As the Principal Owner of Oceanside Real Estate Group, Dennis focuses primarily on selling high-end luxury properties in exclusive golf and beachfront communities. His deep expertise spans across Cabo San Lucas, San José del Cabo, Cerritos Beach, the East Cape, and La Paz, ensuring that each client finds the perfect property to meet their needs. Dennis is also one of the founding Owners of Arch Cabo Luxury Rentals, a thriving luxury rental company, and the owner of Galeria 1505, a renowned art gallery situated in the heart of San José del Cabo’s gallery district, known for its vibrant Thursday Night Art Walk.
